We will fulfill our mission by establishing these Treehouses in university cities of countries where Josiah Venture already has a footprint.

We will fulfill our mission by ensuring that these university students are spiritually maturing and reproducing, modeling Christ’s method of discipleship over a 1-3 year period. The length of their participation in the “Treehouse” program will depend upon at which level of spiritual maturity the student begins this experience.

We will fulfill our mission by ensuring that the Christ followers leading each Treehouse are actively cultivating spiritual, physical and emotional health in their personal, married and family life (whichever is applicable) and that they continue to grow their spiritual roots ever deeper both personally and corporately with a local church so as to abundantly flourish.

We will fulfill our mission by ensuring these students have an intentional and vital relationship with a local church committed to them and their spiritual growth plan through this program.

Bold Faith - We will live together believing that nothing is too difficult with God.

Deep Integrity - We will live together being vulnerable, authentic, and honest about our personal lives, the difficult dark struggles, and the radiant joyous victories.

Dynamic Community - We will live together speaking to one another in grace and truth. Refusing gossip and/or emotional suppression, we will talk openly with each other directly about any negative feelings or suspicions we have toward one another valuing our relationships and reconciliation over holding grudges or any need for personal justice.  We will rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep.

God honoring excellence - We will live together making it our aim to glorify the Father, Son and Spirit both in our individual lives and community.

Indigenous Empowerment - We will live together encouraging and stimulating one another so as to intentionally reproduce in others, Christ’s life alive in us.
