Ed and Wendi moved to Slovakia with their five kids in January of 2010.  Ed’s heart was first stirred for the youth of Eastern Europe in 1998 when he came over for six months to do English Camps.  When he went back to America and married Wendi, he told her about the unity of Josiah Venture and the wonderful opportunity to share Christ with this next generation.  Now their whole family is involved in leading Summer Camps in Slovakia and doing discipleship in the local church.  They currently reside in Banská Bystrica, working with the local church there and helping to launch a new sports ministry EDGE.
