Baška decided to follow the Lord Jesus as a 13-year-old at a church youth camp. The Lord began to put teenagers on her heart in her city, and therefore she began to serve at youth group, and in 2020 she became the leader of English summer camps in her local church ECAV Košice.

For the first time Baška encountered the work of TCKompas through the KPM conference and then especially through the School for Youth Leaders, which she graduated from and where she later became an intern. She always wanted to invest in youth leaders and was waiting to see what God had in store. In 2020, she got an offer to work on the pointonline.sk website, where youth workers can find resources, ideas and materials for their ministry. In addition to working on the website, he also works in the KPM project.
