HERE AM I: SEND (THROUGH) ME.

When Isaiah said “Here am I! Send me”, he was ready to go. Today, God is calling someone, to go, and He is calling us to prepare the way for them.

At the School of Leaders (ŠPM), we long to see a new generation of young leaders who desire to go deeper in their ministry and whose hearts burn for the lost. We want to see thriving youth groups in local churches across Slovakia.

For over 20 years, the School of Leaders has equipped more than 250 graduates from 55 different local churches across Slovakia.

Students say about us

I’ve started both asking for and giving feedback more often. My prayer life has also moved forward—I’m praying much more for people and for the situations we face.

Barbora, 2024/2025

As a first-time youth leader, ŠPM has really helped me navigate the difficult beginnings. I went from knowing almost nothing to understanding what kind of leader I should be and what I need to work on."

Jakub, 2024/2025

Since joining ŠPM, I place a much greater emphasis on God’s guidance in everything I prepare and do. I’ve become so much more aware of Christ being glorified through it all.

Lenka, 2024/2025

The hands-on nature of the homework is great because it directly builds on what we’ve learned. It helps the information stick, making it much easier to put into practice when it really matters.

Matej, 2024/2025

I realize how important it is to keep moving forward, learning new things, and truly understanding the younger generation. I try to apply what I learn here so that the changes aren't just temporary, but take root for the long term.

Michal, 2025/2026

ŠPM moves my ministry forward by leading me to think about what I do and the purpose behind why I do it.

Miriam, 2024/2025

My whole perspective on ministry has shifted, and I value it so much more now. ŠPM has truly broadened my horizons, introducing me to topics I had never even considered before.

Nina, 2025/2026

My relationship with God has grown, which has made me more confident in what I do because I rely on Him more. I can see it when leading the small group we recently started, or in the courage I now have to give a talk at youth group or lead a discussion.

Rebecca, 2025/2026

School has always been stressful for me. But ŠPM is different. They create such a welcoming environment that you even find yourself smiling during a test. I go there with joy, eager to learn things that move me forward in ministry, in life, and most importantly, in my relationship with God.

Matúš, 2025/2026

Why does the School of Leaders need your support right now?

Interest in the School of Leaders (ŠPM) is growing, but so are the demands for quality and professional support. To maintain our high standards of training and deep impact, we need your help.

Our current funding stands on two pillars:

Tuition: A contribution from the students themselves, which strengthens their personal commitment to the program.
Personal Fundraising: Support from people who know our students personally and believe in their mission.

While both methods work well, they do not cover the full cost of running and expanding the project. Your support helps us bridge this gap, allowing us to take the quality of ŠPM to the next level.

Help us reach our €8,000 goal and pave the way for a new generation of leaders. Join us in supporting those who, just like Isaiah, have said: 'Here am I, send me,' as they reach out to the youth of Slovakia.

How will your donations be used?

Milestone 1 (€2,000) – Student Resources: We will purchase essential literature for our students for their ministry and update our library with specialized textbooks for our curriculum.

Milestone 2 (€3,500) – Expert Insights: We will bring 10 experts into our classrooms, covering their honorariums, travel, and lodging.

Milestone 3 (€6,000) – Team Development: We will invest in the growth of the ŠPM team through workshops and conferences, ensuring our mentoring remains professional and impactful.

The Goal (€8,000) – Generation Alpha survey: We will fund research focused on the upcoming "Alpha" generation, including surveys, workshops, and seminars.
