Draho has been serving with TCKompas since the fall of 1999. Prior to this, Draho served in KES (Christian evangelistic center) in Serbia. He started in graphic design and technical support. Since he had a passion to work with youth groups and to lead worship, he gradually joined all of the ministries at TCK (waiter at Kompas Café, lecturer and mentor for SPM, KPM director, TVT facilitator), and in 2010, he became the director of Fusion to help churches reach out to unchurched youth through a network of evangelistic rock/gospel choirs and performing arts groups. In 2013, Zuzka, his wife, joined the Fusion team and has strengthened the team with her organizational and discipleship skills.
As Fusion leaders, they are encouraged by how God is raising a new generation of leaders in Slovakia. They see how this young, fatherless generation meets their perfectly loving heavenly Father, and how the local church body is embracing its new family members. This is changing not only their lives but also their surroundings. It is an amazing joy to lead 13-year-old “crazy” teenagers to study the Bible, which they have never held in their hands before, to hear their first prayer, and to watch them take their first steps as newborn children of God.
Draho and his wife, Zuzana, have two sons, Oliver and Viktor, and one daughter, Johanna. They currently live in Banska Bystrica and serve in the Brethren Church with the youth and children ministry. Their kids are part of the local Fusion team where they sometimes get involved with music, but mainly they serve by just being there together as a whole family.Contact Support by giving
